Wing Tsun for Men
It doesn’t matter who you are! Or what your fitness level is! How co-ordinated you are or how big you are! Everyone has a different reason for starting martial arts. It’s important to have a training system that supports and helps you to achieve the goals you set for yourself.
Wing Tsun (WT) is one of the most realistic self-defence options the average man can use to protect himself.

What is BlitzDefence?
Our BlitzDefence programmes are specifically designed to teach you to respond to potentially violent, verbal and physical attacks in a quick and efficient way.
• What type of trouble do men get into?
• How do my surroundings impact the situation?
• How can I stay safe while trying to de-escalate the situation?
• What are the legal implications of defending myself with force?
• What are the affects of stress and fear on men in potentially violent situations?

Fitness and Co-ordination!
• You will be continually moving in a WT class. The practical nature of our training ensures that your physical fitness will increase.
• Every fitness-related exercise we do in class will help to hone your self-defence techniques and build a healthier, stronger you!
• Your co-ordination will noticeably improve through training in WT. The physical control that you have now over your body will break through new barriers with WT!

Take Back Control with Reflex Training!
We want to put you back in the driver’s seat of your physical self. We know that what the mind tells the body to do doesn’t always happen as it should. WT will change this – one step at a time!
Our unique reflex training programs will teach you to deal with force in many ways. You’ll begin to train your body to respond to pressure and force in a way no other martial art comes close to achieving.
Reflex training will teach you to:
• Free yourself from your own force/tension
• Free yourself from your opponent’s force if it is greater than yours
• Use your opponent’s force to your advantage – Your opponent will actually charge up your counter attacks to which you then -
• Add your own strength and force to your counter attacks
These exercises will give you better co-ordination and control over your body – not only in self defence but many other aspects of life.
