Wing Tsun is at the cutting edge of modern self defence. Developed over 250 years by the Shaolin nun Ng Mui, the aim was to create a system that would work with and not against the power of the attacker. Knowledge of connecting regular physical exercise with fitness as well as mental strength was collected over hundreds of years in ancient China.
Wing Tsun : History
Grandmaster Yip Man was the last to teach only Chinese students, also known for being the teacher of Bruce Lee. Yip Man’s last master student Leung Ting and his head student Keith R. Kernspecht have updated this martial art and now hundreds of thousands learn Wing Tsun in over 60 countries.
How Wing Tsun Works
Wing Tsun is one of the very few self-defence systems that prepare you for every possible phase in a fight: from kicks & punches, elbows & knees through to anti-grappling and ground-fighting. Even more importantly we show you how to safeguard yourself from the onset, so you stay in control from start to finish with Wing Tsun.
